We are delighted with the rental of this very clean and very well-equipped house. Very quiet neighborhood. A really nice little outdoor space. Very good communication with the hosts. Ideal for students taking entrance exams to the Grandes Écoles at the Villepinte Exhibition Centre. Recommended without hesitation.

Ousmane was very friendly and flexible about the check-in time. He is easily reachable if needed. The apartment has been around since 2024 and is very modern, clean and cute. The apartment is very comfortable and secure. Recommended!

We were looking for a place close to Roissy-CDG airport (14 min by car) for 2 nights. Despite the air traffic that was ultimately not "so disturbing", this home is located in a "quiet" neighborhood with a sense of security. The interior was really nice, and Mélissa was able to bring a very cozy touch to the atmosphere. Communication in our exchanges has always been courteous and very respectful. In short: experience that took place without any worries, the accommodation is faithful to the description, you can go there without a second thought. Thank you, Mélissa 😉

It was pretty good, if you don’t like in person contact this is great! Nelson gave me clear instructions on how to get there and what to do, and I never had to physically speak to a soul in person, which was nice, its like the ording things online and hotels had a baby. Plus it was really close to the airport so it didn’t take long at all to get there. 10/10 would do again.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
