This custom built coastal cottage is perfect for a family trip or couples getaway. Being less than 300 steps from the ocean with private beach access, it’s the perfect combination of serene & convenience at the Texas coast. 🌴🌊 Featuring an open floor plan w/ a large kitchen/living area makes the home perfect for hosting families. It has 2 bedrooms & is able to sleep 7 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds & a top bunk bed.

Beachfront with panoramic ocean views, home theater, hot tub & firepit. Both bedrooms overlook the beach with king beds, 65” TVs and private bathrooms. The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

We are pet friendly (well behaved fur babies only please), but we do not have a fenced in yard. Our home is fully equipped, with the exception of a public washer/dryer. You can walk or drive onto the beach right at the end of our road. Take a load off on our relaxing wraparound deck, while enjoying the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage.
