This is a beach house on 12ft piers. It is 525 square feet and has a 14x28 ft deck. We have six lounge chairs available, plus barbecue pit downstairs in utility room. I have three extra changes of sheets and 72 towels available for use. Electric stove, microwave, two refrigerators, and table with six chairs. Shower and toilet only, no tub. Undercover parking. We are pet friendly (well behaved fur babies only please), but we do not have a fenced in yard. Our home is fully equipped, with the exception of a washer/dryer. We do have a clothesline downstairs.
