Small Villa in Sasel

Our small villa is fully and exclusively at your disposal for your stay. Neither we as landlords nor guests are in the house. It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel but is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a big city. In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler Markt and the attractive Alster Valley shopping center. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (if necessary, space for 3 more cars)

Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

My self-built single-family home in 2019 is located on a forest road in Buchholz in the beautiful Nordheide on a large plot of land. I designed and built this house myself during my parental leave and hope it offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house has three levels and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a lot for children and dogs and is only 30km from Hamburg!

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

The newly renovated house with charm and creative unique furnishings offers plenty of retreat options with the many light-flooded rooms. Dieses sonnige und helle Einfamilienhaus aus dem Jahr 1921 befindet sich im vielleicht schönsten Stadtteil von Hamburg in Blankenese. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig umgebaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Garten. Wir gestatten keine Veranstaltung von Partys im Haus. Zwischen 20 Uhr und 7 Uhr morgens ist Ruhe einzuhalten.
