What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Ryan and Mel were wonderful hosts. Very attentive & responded very quickly. Their place is darling! Our cats especially loved the porch area watching all the wildlife. One evening I even got the joy of seeing a momma raccoon & her baby❤️! We highly recommend this cute little house!

It was a refreshing change from the usual scarcity we often encounter with short-term rentals. I can’t wait to return with my family and soak up the charm of KC all over again!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Perfect little house for our small family. Super, super clean! Really appreciated the baby proofing, high chair, and pack-n-play. If traveling with an infant, be aware there is some road noise, but not excessive. We were also here on graduation night, so it may have also been that. Bring the white noise machine. Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here to work remotely for a few days and this little property was a great value. We were very impressed with how clean the house is compared to its age. The train running through the back is, indeed, noisy and the back door was in pretty rough shape when we stayed, but the host let me know she will be replacing it and repairing the issues this weekend. We were very happy with our stay. We had no issues would absolutely return.

Great location and walkable to green spaces in KC. Loved having different places to relax in the space and very well kept and comfortable.

Nina’s place met all of our needs. It was close to everything and the freeways were easily accessible. Nina was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

The home was exactly as the pictures showed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but within a few minutes drive of lots of restaurants and businesses. There were some Keurig cups left for us, and plenty of dishes to use. When we first walked in, the air was a bit stuffy and an old/stale smell, but once we started the air conditioning, the smell dissipated quickly. Overall it was a great stay, though, and we found the property to be just right for our needs.
