Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a single dwelling in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outer island, close to the sea and mountains, with lovely views of fjords, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves, and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and its surroundings. Possibility of renting motorboat(40hp) and fishing equipment/water ski/Tube

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The bedrooms into a quiet backyard. In the immediate vicinity you will find a grocery store, restaurant, wine bars, Brosundet, museum, hotels, shops. Apartments have 2 bedrooms, both with 150 cm bed. In addition, there is a 90 cm mattress in the apartment that can be put on the floor in the hallway or living room. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa in the living room Cozy patio that is common to all 6 apartments in the building.

Loft in the centre area

From this apartment you have easy access to everything Ålesund city center has to offer. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared, here the rump muscles get there. And if there are not enough stairs, the 418 steps up to Fjellstua are just a stone's throw away. Taking a different direction is the city's best eateries and great cafes nearby. Back in the apartment you have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and can be lucky enough to experience a beautiful sunset from the private balcony🌅

You have access to three floors with living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, basement living room with double sofa bed, porch with fantastic views of the city center and the Sunnmøre Alps and a warm and cozy patio with barbecue. There are beds for 7, two of which are on the sofa bed in the basement. To be so close to the city center, it's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with no through traffic.

Want to stay in a real Art Nouveau building? This building was rebuilt in Jugendstil after the city fire in 1904 by architect Einar Halleland. From this central accommodation you have easy access to whatever it may be. The apartment is bright and great, and is very centrally located close to Gågata (Kongens gate) with a short distance to all of the city's amenities. Close by you will find grocery store, shopping mall and city park. The apartment is spacious and has a good layout.

I dette huset får du en unik kombinasjon av skandinavisk arkitektur og natur - med solnedganger i havet rett før midnatt. Kun 10 minutter til Ålesund Sentrum, og videre til alt Sunnmøre har å by på. Huset ligger fredelig til i enden av en blindvei, med velutstyrt kjøkken, treningsfasiliteter, egen hage med grill, og store gode oppholdsrom. Huset har blitt publisert på flere arkitekturnettsider, blant andre archdaily, archlovers og Revist Plot.

We rent out our house when we are away. 😊 Kitchen, TV, stove and two bedrooms; one has two single beds and the other a double bed (160). It is also possible to make up a bed in the TV room if needed. NB! Low ceiling (but all the more cozy). Our cat, Ginger, lives here too🐈. There is a direct bus to Ålesund 50 m away from the house (approx. 20 min travel time). Otherwise, it is 10-12 minutes by car to both Ålesund city center and the airport.
