Nostalgia

A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

The apartment itself is 40 square meters and is located on the 7th floor - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains a kitchen, living room with sleeping alcoves, toilet and bathroom. Here is a high level of comfort.

From this apartment you have easy access to everything Ålesund city center has to offer. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, so be prepared, here the buttocks will get a workout. And if there are not enough stairs, the 418 steps up to Fjellstua are just a stone's throw away. If you take another direction, the city's best restaurants and great cafes are nearby. Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in Ålesund city center. Just a stone's throw away you will find the popular Brosundet, and you are within walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). Free parking at the entrance. The house is located on a somewhat steep hill. The airport is about 20 minutes drive away.

The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed and TV on the wall. The guest room has a 150 bed. In the bathroom there is also a combined washing machine/dryer.
