A charming 19th century house with a good atmosphere. The property is beautifully situated by the sea overlooking Ålesund and the Sunnmøre Alps. Only 15 mins with a car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there are cultivated fields with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a medieval marble church, beaches, untouched nature and birdlife. The island once housed Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Unique apartment with beautiful views!

You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you look straight down and out over the sea! On each side are the bedrooms, completely sheltered from sound from the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down a half staircase and you are in a voluminous room with windows disposed from floor - to the ceiling which is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV nook can be found down there. And exit to private porch hanging right across the sea.

The apartment is located at the top of Skaret on Valderøya just outside Ålesund with panoramic views of the shipping line long coast. 10-15 minutes drive to the center of Ålesund, about 10 min to the airport. Hiking opportunities just outside the door of the mountain Signal with views in all directions, or to the other islands Godøya, Giske or Vigra. At Alnes, located on Godøya, there is an art gallery/cafe with a view into the sea. Short distance to all the sights of Ålesund and Sunnmørsfjellene with all their hiking opportunities.

Welcome to my private apartment, the apartment is homey and with a large balcony where you can enjoy good sun and views. Right at the foot of Akslafjellet. The apartment is located in a quiet and secluded part of the city center, but is still only a stone's throw away from all amenities as well as great hiking areas. The apartment itself is located on the 7th floor - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains a kitchen, living room with sleeping alcoves, WC and bathroom. Here is a high level of comfort.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in Ålesund city center. Just a stone's throw away you will find popular Brosundet, and you have walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with a separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.
