The apartment has a parking space under the roof in the connected neighboring building, about 10 meters to walk from the front door.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with a separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.
