Bei Diane war alles perfekt, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit,nett, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Viele fußläufige Aktivitäten wie schwimmen gehen, Spaziergang am Fluss etc.Der lokale Zug mit Vetbindungen zu den Nachbarortschaften war auch fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in den Tiroler Bergen! Das neu gebaute Holzhaus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung und Inneneinrichtung wirken sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgewählt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist einfach einzigartig: Umgeben von traumhafter Natur mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, wie man sie sich für Tirol nur wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastgeber, herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zack ist ein super Typ. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, man kann von dort aus Ramsau und Mayrhofen gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a great week at this apartment. It is very spacious and has everything you need with lots of storage space. A wonderful bathroom, with double sink, bathtub and a great shower. The two balconies provided both sun and shade options as well as a nice outdoor dining option. It was quite warm (25-30°C) outside but with the blinds and curtains we could keep the apartment quite cool. The hosts also provided us with a high chair and crib for our one year old son, which were of great use. It was great to have a parking space in front of the house, while also staying quite centrally in town. We could walk to the shops and restaurants, as well as both cable cars. The communication with the hosts went very well and check-in + arrival were easy. It really is a very nice apartment!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villanders! Karin was proactief in de communicatie en gaf ons een supertip om naar de Villanderer Alm te gaan, een prachtige plek die nog niet overspoeld is door toeristen. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien, met een mooie badkamer en fijne, comfortabele bedden. Het uitzicht was elke dag weer adembenemend. Op het terrein hebben ze bovendien leuke dieren, konijnen, katten en kippen, wat ons verblijf extra gezellig maakte. De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen, maar toch binnen een half uurtje rijden van veel bezienswaardigheden. Zeker een aanrader!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍

This place is so beautiful. easy parking. beautiful views from the room itself and close to a lot of eateries. we wanted to extend our stay here just for the place but we had a tight schedule. Angelika was very responsive and friendly.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge am "schönsten Ende der Welt". Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Die Gastgeber Conni und Christian sind herzensgute Menschen, bei denen man sich sofort heimelig fühlt und die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Man merkt einfach, dass sie mit Hingabe dabei sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden das Basecamp definitiv weiterempfehlen und sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Very nice and clean accomodation in a beatiful area. Everything was well prepared for our arrival. Very smooth communication with Mrs. Hochmuth. Best suitable for skiers - skibus station directly in front of the building and the location is very close to the Hintertux Glacier ski center. We also appreciated a room for skis and with heated holders for ski boots.

Ein ganz herzliches Danke von uns, Sabine und Lorenz sind perfekte Gastgeber. Die Aussicht war umwerfend. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und rund 2,5km oberhalb von Reischach, die Bergbahn zum Kronplatz schnell erreichbar und Brötchenservice zum Frühstück zuverlässig und fein. Es war rundum eine wunderbare Erfahrung hier Gast gewesen sein zu dürfen. Wir kommen sicher wieder🥰!

Christoph’s place was extremely clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Easy to walk to bus and hiking. We drive into Innsbruck easily. Supermarket about 5-7 min by car.Christoph was very friendly and gave us nice tips on things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gerda in Gerlosberg war hervorragend! Die Wohnung war gemütlich, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge. Gerda war eine äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns nicht nur einen früheren Check-In ermöglicht hat, sondern auch sonst jedem Wunsch nachgekommen ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Woche!

we really enjoyed our stay at Marianne's place! it is well located for people who want explore the Zillertal by public transport. The house itself is gorgeous, with the view of the balcony being our favourite! Marianne is also a lovely host. Would recommend!

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, wir haben und gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, und es gibt jede Menge was es sich lohnt anzusehen. Sehr zu empfehlen:)

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di capodanno presso gli appartamenti di Armin e ci siamo davvero trovati benissimo! Appartamento nuovissimo, di recente costruzione dotato di tutto il necessario… zona tranquilla, silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro! Armin un proprietario disponibile e gentile! Rende il tutto perfetto anche la Spa presente! Sicuramente torneremo…

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Não temos palavras para descrever o quanto amamos nos hospedar no apartamento de Hannes e Claudia. Desde o primeiro contato aqui, sempre solícitos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ao chegarmos Hannes nos recebeu e além de apresentar o apartamento, nos deu dicas do que fazer na região, apresentou onde ficava supermercado, padaria e passeios (tudo muito perto). Estamos impressionados positivamente com a limpeza do local e além disse do modo como Hannes e Claudia pensaram em absolutamente tudo (tinha talheres, panelas, banheira quente…) um local super completo. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes e indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigada pela excelente estadia. Fizeram da nossa viagem ainda mais incrível!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Die Wohnung ist super und die Region, in der sie sich befindet, ist wunderschön! Thomas war sehr nett, er ließ uns das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag und empfahl viele Orte, sehr aufmerksam! 100% empfohlen!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.
