Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

"Tra le gole e il mare" Lo spazio che troveranno i miei ospiti è molto carino, semplice, curato ed accogliente, dotato in camera di tutto il necessario: un buon caffè, tisane, una connessione Wifi. Lo spazio presenta anche un bagno privato dotato di doccia e bidet. La comodità del nostro alloggio è data anche dalla presenza di un parcheggio in alcune delle piazze principali del borgo, come Piazza Roma e Piazza Manganelli; da queste piazze la nostra struttura è raggiungibile. Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.
