La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

La comodità del nostro alloggio è data anche dalla presenza di un parcheggio in alcune delle piazze principali del borgo, come Piazza Roma e Piazza Manganelli; da queste piazze la nostra struttura è raggiungibile.
