Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Located just 2 miles to Michigan stadium(35 min walk - 5 minute drive/Uber), 2 miles from Downtown, 5-10 Minutes to Campus but still in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking available. STR21-2237: THE ARTIST'S LOFT - This 1860's house gets rave reviews due to a beautiful interior and location, location, location! It's in the absolute center of downtown, only 5 blocks away from everything in all directions. It is modern, colorful, clean, bright, full of original art and convenient to EVERYTHING. It has a front porch and shared backyard as well as a garaged parking space. The Artist Loft is on the second floor so be aware that there are steep carpeted stairs to climb.

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!
