Amazing stay in Stay Arbor. Great House. It was very clean and we felt like our home. Mi coworkers and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was fully stocked with things like we would have at home. too. Our host was great. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this house.

I booked a night at Sita’s for my mother and step father while we were in town for a wedding. My mum said that Sita was a warm and friendly host. She was very accommodating and the stay was hassle free. The place was cozy and my mum also described it as “casual comfort”.

This place is clean and decorated nicely. The floors are squeaky which takes some getting used to. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Overall I would book again.

The house was clean and well appointed. It is very close to downtown, walking to all that downtown has to offer.

Slight problem with check in but they were very accommodating and completely made up for problem, very nice neighbourhood, very nice space would definitely book again!

Amazing house

Chris one of the hosts was at house 1 hr before check-in verifying condition. I was early and met him. Had remote for one tv missing. Had replacement at home within 3 hours. A+ service Chris!!!!

The place was spotless and exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming everything felt. I really love the house. Conveniently located. A gas station right down the street. Really enjoyed spending some time out on the balconies. The furniture and set up was beautiful. Great job decorating the place. Beds were comfy and room were nice sized rooms. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Detroit.. The landlord is exceptionally kind and accommodating, making the entire renting process a breeze. The location of the house is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. One of the standout features of this property is its beautiful environment. The surroundings are peaceful and serene. The presence of fireflies in the area adds a magical touch to the already enchanting atmosphere. We can also find the small deer that roam around the front yard. It's truly a unique experience to witness these graceful creatures up close in such a natural setting. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to rent this house. The combination of a great landlord, excellent location, stunning environment and the cozy house make it an unforgettable place to call home.

We spent a month in Jayne-Alexandre's lovely townhome and it was the perfect landing spot in between homes. The location couldn't be better. The weather was just getting nice in Michigan, so we walked to dinner on Main Street in Royal Oak many evenings. The small backyard was perfect for our dog, and there was plenty of room for us all in the cozy house. Communication was exactly what it should have been, and Jayne was always accessible when we needed her, which, thankfully wasn't often. Highly suggested to anyone looking for a spot in the Royal Oak area.

I booked a hotel highly rated on multiple sites. When we checked in, it was disgusting. Everything was booked, so I turned to Airbnb and found Andra's place. It was what we needed and available. Andra was quick to reply, but the unit was actually NOT available. She said it would be ready the next day. Andra messaged the next morning letting me know it was ready, but expecting a 4pm check in, we had driven to my parents place the night before (an hour+ away). I also had to work, so we ended up not being able to check in until late in the day. When we got to the unit, it was great. The place was as-pictured and everything was clean. Many times I see highly rated places that are clean but have a "lived in" smell and the dishes are aligned just so, yet have finger/ lip prints on them. None of that here. I loved the room with a desk and large monitor for guest use. Made work so easy. Andra also accommodated late check out, which I also appreciated very much! Thank you, Andra!

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Really cute and beautiful house. Thank you for the stay!!

This is a wonderful house where my family and I had a warm and relaxing long weekend. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable — a perfect home away from home. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. If we travel to this area again, we would definitely choose this place again!

We loved this place! Perfect and walkable to Downtown Royal Oak. We were attending a concert at the theatre and had a really great day in the area beforehand. The space was comfy, homey, and had everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely return!

Just as described, private and quiet. Close to grocery, fuel, eateries and activities. Highly responsive host! Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll be pleased with the quality, service, and location. Wish all Airbnb’s were as terrific as this one.

The location is the best. It is directly across the street from Little Ceasars arena. We never had to use an Uber, walked to Comerica, Greentown, bars, and restaurants. You have your own garage, just park and walk to any event, Fillmore, Fox, Comerica. Clean and no clutter. The bath towels were very nice! Angie, the host, was very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed here on a Saturday night when coming for an event at Ford Field (Detriot, US) After some communication with the owner, he was able to accomodate our request for an early check in. Thank you! The place was charming, clean and easily accomodated our group of 6. Great location, close to the the Detroit bridge and tunnel & some cute restaurants nearby. Seamless checkin and out. Lovely stay, would defintely recommend.
