Vacation rentals with a patio in Ann Arbor

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Nice stay that was a short Lyft from the city. uber rides were never over $12 which was really helpful for getting around. The neighborhood was close to lots of great Mexican food. Bedroom had an AC unit next to bed which made for comfortable sleeping. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions for self check in. Great value

Again a five star resort stay. This is my fourth visit. From Windsor originally, I love old Walkerville and this sure tops a hotel. Zachary and Victoria are amazing hosts. I will stay here always. The stove wasn’t working… an hour later, new stove. Thanks again

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Place Was in pristine condition and felt like a new place. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the birds. Saw deer go by as well. So peaceful!!! Everything is in this small comfy space. It is connected to a house but we didn’t see or hear any noise from others. Thankful to have the washer dryer.

Our stay was great! It was very clean with a cozy feel. Perfect set up with a full bath for each bedroom. My husband and I both thought the bedding and bed itself were very comfy. Love the balcony too. Ubered to Ford Field and dining. I would stay again.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for graduation weekend. Right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the stadium and the heart of Ann Arbor. The apparent was clean and newly renovated. Jesse was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. I recommend it 100%

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown Ann Arbor. The house was clean and cozy and had everything you might need. Dave was very responsive when we had questions and check in and out was seamless. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb and Dave was a great host.

I booked this house because my son was getting married in Ann Arbor. The house worked perfectly for all the set-up we needed to do - baking, flower arranging and welcome bags and then it was a great place for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready and have pictures taken. The house was exactly as described - it is even more spacious than the pictures reflect and the outside space in the backyard is delightful - truly zen! Wan-Hsiang was the perfect host and was extremely flexible when it came to my checking in a little early and checking out a little late. I have nothing but good things to say!

we were in town for work that was downtown Detroit. the house in a perfect location for us. hopefully the house is available next year so we can rent it again.

Had a great time staying with Daniel at his place in Ann Arbor! A great location that was close to campus - and plenty of space for 10. Would recommend for sure 👍

John is a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family graduation weekend. The beds are super comfortable, the showers are great, and having dinner outside on the patio during the beautiful spring evenings was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

We were very happy staying at Anton’s place! The location was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. We were in town for a family graduation, and the house was perfectly situated — getting to campus was super convenient. The place had everything we needed. Although there’s only one full bathroom, it worked out just fine as we took turns. Overall, a great experience — we’re really glad we stayed here!

I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have found Julie's house. We arrived in Michigan after a 10 hour drive to find that the airbnb we had originally reserved was not one we could stay in. Julie welcomed us into her beautiful home with just a few hours' notice. It was extremely clean, beautiful, and the perfect location for my family. We will definitely stay at her home again when we go back to Michigan. Highly recommend.

Clean comfortable furnishings with all the amenities. Relaxing time in a quiet safe neighborhood. Austin was a great host and responsive to our needs. Will definitely book again.

Justin’s place was Amazing! He was easy to work with. We did have a problem trying to figure out how to lock back door but he sent video of process and we were able to solve. The location is perfect access to midtown and downtown. Whole Foods around the corner.

I loved the place, very comfortable

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

The space was just what we needed while traveling with our son visiting family nearby in Detroit. The home has a nice balcony that overlooked the backyard and was very peaceful at night. The location was close to main roads and downtown so it was easy to get groceries and food when needed.

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
