In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.

Beautiful - air-conditioned on request - apartment in the attic with open roof beams. The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.

We offer a centrally located apartment in a quiet residential area in Ludwigsburg. Especially nice is the way to the city center (17 min walk) and to the Blühenden Barock (15 min walk). Here you can walk along the beautiful Königsallee in a straight line towards the castle. Close to our apartment is the Salonwald/forest (5 min walk). This is ideal for jogging or a leisurely walk. Der Eigenhof liegt in der Nähe von Schwäbisch Gmünd, der ältesten Stauferstadt. Viele historische Sehenwürdigkeiten in Rems- und Kochertal sind schnell zu erreichen. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
