A historical old house lodge "Kusanoniwa"

Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.

In the winter it is a fireplace with firewood, in the summer it is naturally comfortable wind, free from the urban noisy flow of time, please refresh yourself naturally touching. We can accommodate up to 11 people and we are waiting for use with family and friends group. In addition, you can relax in a quiet environment for small group usage.
