For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Gemütliches Doppelbett, kleiner Esstisch und ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit kleinem Geschirrspüler, Zweiplatten-Herd, Kühlschrank Mikrowelle etc. Flachbildfernseher. Schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre direkt neben der Eingangstür mit Blick auf unseren Parkplatz.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
