Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

Mit der kleinen Küchenzeile kannst du leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten und der kleiner Geschirrspüler nimmt dir lästige Arbeit ab :-). Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein mit Dusche/WC. Ein Teil des Balkons ist für dich reserviert - mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, damit du auch dein Essen im Freien genießen kannst.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
