Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

My 90 sq m apartment is located in the basement of a centrally located villa. The apartment is exclusively for your use and has direct access from the outside. It features two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with three), a kitchen with a sofa, TV, and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi is included. Free parking is available on the street 80 meters away, and a parking garage is 20 meters away.

Disfrute de una cálida hospitalidad en nuestro acogedor apartamento con ambiente familiar. La ubicación es ideal: piscina, sauna y tiendas están a pocos pasos. El histórico castillo de Ronneburg y el antiguo recinto de la BUGA con dos bonitos parques están muy cerca, perfectos para pasear y relajarse. Nuestro segundo apartamento en la calle Clara-Zetkin está a la vista y juntos pueden alojar hasta 8 personas.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Apartment in a quiet but central residential complex in Gera. It is only about a 7-minute walk to the beautiful market square and the town hall. Various restaurants invite you to linger and enjoy. Within walking distance, you can be at the beautiful excursion destination "Ferberturm" with a view over Gera. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and the train station is a 16-minute walk away.

Beautiful flat for students, work or travellers

This AirBnB was newly renovated and has a modern look. It is near the center of the city in a quiet street. You have access to the public transport via tram, just around the corner. The train station is a few minute walk away. You can find restaurant and malls nearby. If you arrive by car, there are parking spots in the whole area. A charging station for electric cars is aournd the corner.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
