The bright 40 m² attic apartment, completed in 2021, is centrally located (200 m to the town hall) and is well connected to the public transport network. Train station, market, museums, restaurants, theaters, etc. are within walking distance. The apartment in the Häselburg cultural center has a bathroom with shower, fitted kitchen, dining table, sofa & sleeping area. You can take the elevator up to the apartment, from which you have a wide view over the city. For 1-2 people, sofa bed for children available. Bed 1.80 x 2.00 m.

With the tram (stop directly in front of the door) you need about 10 minutes to the center. Our guest apartments are newly renovated and furnished. Residential complex and all guest apartments are accessible. There are four elevators available. Special feature: All bathrooms have anti-slip flow.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace.
