Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Georgia

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

Очень чисто, уютно и спокойно, а вид просто потрясающий! Отдельное спасибо Lusia - она всегда была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Это идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от суеты и насладиться природой. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова💕

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Konstantins Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Gartenteich mit den Fischen war ein echtes Highlight und hat eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir waren zu viert da und konnten wunderbar grillen und einfach abschalten. Konstantin ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir beim Checkout aus Versehen den Autoschlüssel im Auto eingeschlossen haben, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat uns dabei geholfen, das Auto wieder zu öffnen. Ohne ihn hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug verpasst und hohe Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst zahlen müssen. Wir sind ihm sehr, sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 🙏✨

We were a group of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids and we had a great time at Keti’s place. Her husband helped us with a very smooth check in and went out of his way to help with luggage. Keti was extremely helpful and responsive. Coming to the property, its one of the most beautiful location in Tbilisi old town and is done very well. Everything was handy and available. The property seems newly done with very modern furnishing, well stocked kitchen and have a beautiful yard. Kids loved the place. If anyone is coming with a family, dont miss this property if its available. Though parking space and moving your own car is an issue here coz the space is tight and incline is there but if you are using cabs or like walks, its not a problem at all. Keti’s husband helped us for parking the car and it was a great help Thank you Keti and Lasha for making our trip so so memorable

Absolutely loved our stay at Funicular Inn! Being in that place felt like a warm embrace with the stylish cosy interior. Nino was a great responsive host who stayed in touch with us proactively. Note: the curtains are letting the light through. So if you prefer to sleep in complete dark I recommend you take a sleeping mask. I would definitely come back! Thank you Nino!

We had a fabulous stay of 5 days. The place is one minute from the Liberty square and has great restaurants around it. Everything is walking distance from there. The apartment is large with high ceilings and two big bedrooms and bathrooms. The Piano was an added bonus. Tamta was an excellent host who always responded quickly to our queries. Would love to stay here again.

Nino's place was a beautiful location, wonderview full, everything we needed was in the place and her pictures and instructions were very easy to follow. Beds were comfy too!

Perfect place in Kutaisi! beautiful, private, close to everything you need or want in Kutaisi. Kate was very friendly and helpful. we will come again :) truly the best place to stay in Kutaisi.

Останавливались по пути в Турцию на пару ночей. Все было приятно и комфортно. Квартира не новая но в хорошем состоянии.

Lela's Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll gestaltet - wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Supermarkt und nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso tolle Museen in Laufweite. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen!

Appartement est très bien pour un groupe de 6 à 8 personnes avec les enfants. Qualité prix est très bien! Si vous êtes à la recherche d’un appartement à proximité du centre-ville ou la vieille ville alors n’hésitez surtout pas à le réserver 👍🏻

Все очень удобно, расположение и заселение. Но есть пара мелочей, мешавших в быту. Во первых единственная сковородка на кухне падает с конфорки. Просто не держится на ней. Если она перевернется с горячим маслом - будет много проблем, вплоть до ожогов или пожара!! Во вторых - течет лейка в душе. Брызгает во все стороны. Обе проблемы легко исправить.

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased to stay in Shako’s apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to big super market like Goodwill. And easy to get around by taxi. I already felt like home after one week stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this will be a good choice.

Gayet ilgili bir ev sahibi güvenle sıkıntı olmadan konaklama sağladık.tabiki eksikler var ama fiyat performans olarak harika. Etrafta alışveriş yapmaya müsait çok konum var. Biz konaklamamız süresince güzel anlar yaşadık umarım gidecek olanlarda aynısını deneyimler :)

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Mziko’s place is beautiful and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. She sent us very clear instructions with pictures which made the check in process seamless. Further, the place is right next to a fabulous restaurant too. Waking up and having our first cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the cobbled street felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Tbilisi! So spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great - close to fabulous restaurants and bars and an easy walk into the centre of the city. Would absolutely stay again!
