Lovely apartment, friendly neighbours and everything was close to us but the apartment was still quiet and we could sleep our nights well. House was old but renovated with the respect of the old house’s charm. Perfect for bohemian cat people 🥰

Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Very spacious and tastefully decorated, with a modern and stylish design. Gorgeous kitchen that is perfectly equipped with appliances. It was a pleasure to cook on it. I was very pleased with the comfortable table and chairs. The only disadvantage is that the water in the shower goes very slowly into the drain. If you turn on the maximum pressure, the water will pour the entire floor. Overall , I recommend this apartment for both short and longer stays. This was my best rental experience in Batumi.

Nino's appartment is spacious, airy,exctremely comfortable and beautifully designed.There are two balconies,one facing the tranquil back garden,which has beautiful tall trees and where you can sit and listen to birds singing and enjoy the sun,and another facing the picturesque old Tbilisi street.The beds are very comfortable,everything was sparkling clean,the kitchen is equipped perfectly for cooking any meals.Nino and her husband were so helpful right from the start,helping us with our heavy suitcases and welcoming us with amazing Georgian wine and treats.The area is the heart of old Tbilisi and right in the center of town.Nearby are all kinds of shops and restaurants,and the famous Tbilisi funicular is 10 min walk from the flat.Very comfortable location if you are new to Tbilisi and perfect spot to explore from.We are very grateful to our fantastic hosts for welcoming us and letting us stay in that beautiful flat.

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

I really liked the place. Very clean, there is everything you need for your stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the subway, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this bright, clean, and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It was perfect for our large family of 8, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy the sun, and there was extra space for the kids to play, which was a big bonus. The neighborhood felt safe, and we appreciated the secure key-code access to the building—especially helpful for a big group like ours. The code changes daily, but the managing team was always responsive and made everything easy. Conveniently located within walking distance to a store, a bakery, and a hairdresser, the apartment offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a large kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub. The location is fantastic so that we can easily go anywhere on foot. The owner responses quickly so there was no worry about anything. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment as well as spending time in Tbilisi.

The house was more beautiful and flashy than the images. You won't find anything missing in the house, every item was very local and useful. Although there wasn't much to do around it, the view and comfort were great. Mikha responded quickly to all our questions, was very interested and thoughtful. It is a place that can be preferred again and again because it provides a great accommodation.

Teona's apartment was truly an amazing surprise. Super clean, equipped with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. I loved the view of the trees in the park. There are restaurants and shops nearby—everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's been a few days since we got back home, and I know for sure that I want to return to this place again 😊

As in the photos. A small studio with an interesting design in the form of a "cave", as a result, it's a little dark. A small jacuzzi on the balcony works just fine(it is noticeable that it is new). A small tip for those who arrive early, and the previous guests have not yet left, 150 meters from the house, literally around the corner, there is a wonderful service (luggage storage). A Memorable Stay with a Wonderful Host! We had an amazing stay at Konstantin’s Airbnb apartment. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome. He personally received us and followed up to ensure everything was perfect even before check-in. Konstantin was very flexible, respectful, and incredibly friendly. He engaged in pleasant conversation and gave us helpful tips on what to explore in the area. What truly stood out was his thoughtful gesture of inviting us to a traditional restaurant, which made our Eid celebration even more special. The apartment’s location is excellent—there’s plenty to see and do nearby. Parking was never an issue, as secure parking was available on site. We 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to create long-lasting memories with their family. Konstantin is a true super host!
