The house is quite nice. Big , many rooms and space for big families or group of friends . master bedroom is nice , loved it. The terrace and views totally worth it - you can see the whole city. Especially at night. A bit cleaning would have been nice , little dusty. But pretty much we were satisfied. Thank you, Give!

Nice place to spend a night in Gori

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Excellent home, hospitable hosts Armaz and Nino and all their big Family! The goal was to live in a real Georgian house with history and garden, upon arrival we received it, the family house of Armaz, the garden and the "house in the village" :) Every day we saw Armaz at his house in Batumi, walked around Batumi, look at the sights and at the sea with the sons of Armaz: Henri, Lashay and Toko, in the evenings we often stayed until late at night for joint dinners (our friends lived at the guest house of Armaz). We were invited to a tour of Adjara for kebabs and wine to the country house of Aunt Mary and Uncle Nadim, I saw for the first time how the hazelnut grows:) Even together we had time to go to the football match "Dynamo" (Batumi). We lived almost as a FAMILY FOR A month. If you need to be immersed in a real Georgian environment, then you need to choose a house near Armaz. Thanks to this trip, we loved Georgia forever and intend to return here next summer!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Tbilisi. The house is situated in a wonderful location, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with its incredible view—perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though one of the rooms lacked a window, which was the only minor issue we encountered. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The neighborhood is excellent, and the location is strategic for exploring Tbilisi. Our host, Olga, was incredibly precise and welcoming, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Olga!

George is very hospitable and thoughtful. The apartment is a great option for large groups (there were 8 of us) who came to ski: 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies and lots of batteries for drying clothes. The kitchen may not be enough for that many people, but we quickly adapted. In the apartment there are all necessary necessary, all good quality, not old. Everything is clearly done for yourself, which adds coziness. The location of the house is convenient, the view from the window is a gorge and monastery. There were no problems with the heating and water. Downstairs there is a ski depot with shoe cabinets and ski/board areas. I would recommend this apartment!

If it was possible to put 100/10, we would put❤️ The hotel has its own beach, we were greeted like a family. If you're planning on Kvariati, just come here. This place deserves a pencil guest The rooms are clean, just super. The kitchen at the hotel is incredible. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Good location, close to parks from one side and to shopping center from another. Good cardio because of higher grounds, quick route to Liberty Square, and other touristic locations. The host is very responsive and can help you at any time. Kitchen staff is a bit used as furniture is, but overall, the place is the good choice. Spent amazing month there, Madloba:)

Lovely apartment in a private residential complex. Everything is brand new, clean, beautiful, comfortable. There is a barbecue, and even charcoal and a gas burner. Very spacious. And the views in general are stunning!!! Highly recommend, I think we will come back here ourselves, next time.

We stayed only one night but was good. Clean and in the center of Mestia. Communication was also easy, Mikheil was very helpful.

Cozy and artsy place, with its own creative style - lots of hand made pieces of art inside. The house is well build from modern materials, very bright and airy, high ceilings and big windows. All the necessary infrastructure is up to the high standards, central heating, well equipped kitchen, cozy shared living room. Host is very helpful and open, very easy to communicate and resolve anything. Very special feature is the central location, literally few steps away from all the shops and restaurants. Great place to live in Mestia, featuring merge of comport and authenticity, highly recommended.

spacious apartment that is very comfy, cozy and really well thought out. my 2 favourite things were the bed and the full automatic espresso mashine. Anno is very warm and welcoming. she was so kind as to allow me a very early check in at 8am. the location is actually great too, its 15min walk to the historical center but very quite. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in recent years and is great value for money. wifi is very stable and fast. the tv is even bigger than in the pics.

Nice house in a great location on the waterfront. The hostess of the house was very friendly and even served homemade food.

Yana was a great host and the place was incredible! It’s very close from the airport and only 10 minutes from most sites. Yana and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend.

A cozy guest house with a vibrant social life smack dab in the centre of Tbilisi. The owner is kind and helpful. You’re bound to make new friends!! Sound isolation leaves a lot to be desired, but nothing to complain about at this price point.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, there is a quiet environment with amazing views of the surroundings. The house is in very good condition, nicely furnished, clean everywhere. The garden is nice, the wood is ready, we grilled twice. The owners are very nice and friendly, they respond promptly to any question or when solving a problem. Overall a great place to stay, we recommend it!
