We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Lovely flat overlooking the sea with plenty of parking. It’s up 4 flights of stairs with no lift but this wasn’t a problem for us. Lorenzo was great and very communicative.

The holiday apartment was as described, clean and bright. It's in a kind of an apartment complex, a few minutes walk from the port area. The terrace is what I liked the most - great for eating outside/reading/relaxing/yoga. Dealing with Alessandro through phone messages was quick and easy and he was flexible on check-in and check-out times which we really appreciated. There is a coffee machine and a kettle but you need to bring your own tea/coffee/sugar etc. and shower gel too.

Der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten, Relaxen und Träumen für Leute die für sich sein wollen. Freie, liebevolle Atmosphäre. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stets zu erreichen. Spannender Spaziergang zum Strand. Sehr gut mit Hund. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten um je nach Tageszeit um das wunderschöne Haus zu wandern. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Giovanni e Alessia sono due host perfetti. cordiali e discreti. la casa era come da descrizione, comodissima alla spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, ampia e ristrutturata da poco, con due ampi terrazzi.assolutamente consigliata, fornita dell'essenziale e con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze!

Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Fantastisch huis met ongelofelijk mooie tuin met terras. allessandro en zijn familie verzorgen alles prima en reageren direct en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is prachtig, maar wel oppassen voor de wespen. De service en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch. De supermarkt (Eurospin) dichtbij net als een goed visrestaurant. Het is een groot voordeel dat Alessandro en zijn zoon naast Italiaans ook vloeiend Duits en Engels spreken. Wij komen hier graag weer terug.

Świetna lokalizacja , Dom duży czysty zaraz przy plazy z pięknym widokiem na morze . Zadbany basen :) Dobre restauracje do okola. Polecamy z całego serducha :)

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoors are unmatchable, great garden where you can hear the ocean right from the balcony. The host was very friendly and we were positively suprised by her warm welcome, where she organized snacks for our arrival and full breakfast groceries.

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. The beds were very comfortable. All in all Angelo was an amazing host and I would have no problem recommending Villa Sara to friends a

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen mit einem einmaligen Ausblick, wirklich eine kleine Oase inmitten einer wunderschönen Wohngegend. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Hafen mit seinen unglaublich guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars braucht man nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen wie hier! Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, absolute Empfehlung!

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

Wir hatten schon viele Häuser in den letzten Jahren aber das Haus von Saro, hatte den bisher besten Standard. die Zimmer haben Top-Hotel-Niveau. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und im EG und draußen weitere Toiletten und Duschen. Die Ausstattung insgesamt sehr hochwertig und auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, für die angegebenen Personen. Alles sehr angenehm und gelungen, um von der ersten Minuten den Urlaub zu genießen. Zu erwähnen ist der kurze Weg zu einem tollen ruhigen Naturstrand. Und auch hier ist am Haus alles notwendige Equipment, wie Sonnenschirme und Strandsitze. Saro war ein toller Gastgeber der immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Ebenso seine Empfehlungen zu guten Restaurants oder Geschäften. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank Saro.

Francesco and Salvo have the most beautiful villa that’s very private and perfect for our family. We loved the big shaded terrace for the hot midday moments, and especially loved the pool with its wide shallow steps that were perfect for our children. We also loved the location being less than 2 mins walk from the amazing beaches with very clear Turquoise water and 5 mins walk from the excellent Lido Aqua beach with great food. It’s good to have a car to go to wonderful Noto and Marzamemmi and supermarkets etc. Francesco and Salvo are excellent hosts and helped us in many ways. The house has excellent black out because of the in built shutters! Very useful with our children, everyone slept very well. Thank you Francesco and Salvo

Marco war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit sämtlichen Hilfestellungen souverän durch die doch recht knifflige Einfahrt gelotst (die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr verwinkelten, übrigens nicht barrierefreien Anlage, die wiederum in einer Art „gadet Community“ mit vielen anderen Ferienanlagen und Ferienhäusern steht, welche nur durch eine Schranke und Tore passierbar ist. Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück und waren fast die einzigen Gäste in der Anlage. Den tollen und sehr sauberen Pool hatten wir also fast für uns alleine. Generell war alles sehr ruhig und friedlich und wir fast alleine. Die Aussicht von Marcos Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ganz ganz fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ätna. Je nach Tageszeit etwas Sonne, etwas Schatten. Einfach überragend. Die Anlage/Wohnung aus den 60er Jahren hat einen tollen Charme, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen;) Zugänge zum Meer haben wir leider vergeblich gesucht. Viele Wege waren versperrt oder zugewachsen. Danke, Marco!🫶

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Francesca and Sebastian were incredible, super friendly and available. thank you and until next time, Ciaoo!

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und das Highlight ist diese große Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Aber auch sonst ist alles sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. In Noto gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und einzukaufen. Lido die Noto selbst fanden wir nicht so ansprechend, aber das hat nicht gestört bei allem was einem sonst geboten wird.

Super schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll Eingerichtet. Luigi war sehr Gastfreundlich und hatte viele tolle Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Meget imødekommende og fleksibel vært. Sendte henvisninger til seværdigheder, restauranter og indkøb forud for ankomst. Der var friskbagt kage, kaffe, vand i køleskabet og brød i fryseren til fri afbenyttelse. Skøn terrasse både foran og bagved huset og det bedste - 2 udendørs brusere. 5 min gang til stranden med sandbund og skønt vand. Dog var der ret beskidt med grene, plast og andet skrammel. Der var dog rengøring af strand arealer i gang flere steder så måske vil det også komme her.

In einer äußerst sauberen,strukturierten Wohnung mit wunderschönen Ausblicken auf den kleinen Hafen und das Meer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Wäscheklammer über eine vollständige Küchenausstattung bis zu Regenschirmen war wirklich an alles gedacht. Die klaren Linien im Wohnungsdesign haben mir gut gefallen. Und natürlich ist die kleine Garage bei dem knappen Parkplatz-Angebot ein Goldschatz!

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Emma’s home is just breathtaking! They are fantastic hosts. The villa is extremely spacious, clean and well located close to all amenities. Where do I start describing being directly on the beach, it’s a dream come true. And walking distance on the beach to the scale dei turchi!!! Our family of 4 adults were in heaven and we will definitely return to this little paradise.
