We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Lovely flat overlooking the sea with plenty of parking. It’s up 4 flights of stairs with no lift but this wasn’t a problem for us. Lorenzo was great and very communicative.

The holiday apartment was as described, clean and bright. It's in a kind of an apartment complex, a few minutes walk from the port area. The terrace is what I liked the most - great for eating outside/reading/relaxing/yoga. Dealing with Alessandro through phone messages was quick and easy and he was flexible on check-in and check-out times which we really appreciated. There is a coffee machine and a kettle but you need to bring your own tea/coffee/sugar etc. and shower gel too.

The perfect place to unwind, relax and dream for people who want to be on their own. Free, loving atmosphere. The host is very, very nice, helpful and always available. Exciting walk to the beach. Very good with dog. Many seating areas to walk around the beautiful house depending on the time of day. We would like to come again.

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very nice and from the balcony you have great views of the sea. The apartment is very large and has everything you need. The landlords are very nice and accommodating.

The views were absolutely breath taking.. just stunning! The landscape was gorgeous!! The apartment was clean and had all the essentials.. the host was very helpful and friendly! I 1000% recommend this beautiful place!

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoors are unmatchable, great garden where you can hear the ocean right from the balcony. The host was very friendly and we were positively suprised by her warm welcome, where she organized snacks for our arrival and full breakfast groceries.

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. We have just had a fantastic week here with our child and baby. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Our host was fantastic, nothing was too much bother. The area was really nice, it felt safe and the beaches are spectacular. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The coffee pods were a lovely touch, as were the cold drinks in fridge.

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

thanks Saro for hosting us. we had a great week at your beautiful home. House was clean and with everything equiped we needed. 5 big beautiful bed rooms, every room with an own bath. the garden is nice and we enjoyed the pool very much (can recommend the paid heating especially with children). the beach nearby (100m) is also very beautiful and we loved the smooth walk into the water and the dunes. just as an information: there is no marker or restaurants in walking distance. but some good restaurants in 5 min distance by car, and bigger super markets in 10 min distance.

Francesco and Salvo have the most beautiful villa that’s very private and perfect for our family. We loved the big shaded terrace for the hot midday moments, and especially loved the pool with its wide shallow steps that were perfect for our children. We also loved the location being less than 2 mins walk from the amazing beaches with very clear Turquoise water and 5 mins walk from the excellent Lido Aqua beach with great food. It’s good to have a car to go to wonderful Noto and Marzamemmi and supermarkets etc. Francesco and Salvo are excellent hosts and helped us in many ways. The house has excellent black out because of the in built shutters! Very useful with our children, everyone slept very well. Thank you Francesco and Salvo

Marco was a fantastic host. He guided us confidently with all the help through the rather tricky driveway (the apartment is located in a very winding, by the way not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marco's terrace is fantastic. Very, very fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, though a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. There are many great options for dining and shopping in Noto. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

A lovely home in a peaceful area close to a large sandy beach. A car is essential as there are no shops, bars or restaurants nearby. The house was immaculate and Saro was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. A great place to stay if you want to switch off and relax.

In an extremely clean, structured apartment with beautiful views of the small harbor and the sea, we felt very comfortable. From the laundry clip to a complete kitchen equipment to umbrellas, everything was really thought of. I liked the clean lines in the apartment design. And of course, the small garage is a treasure with the scarce parking space offer!

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

We loved Scoglitti and Domenico’s house. Sheltered beaches with golden sand, beach towels provided. Lots of recommendations for visits and local shops. Lemon trees in the garden. Peaceful yet central. Lovely

Emma’s home is just breathtaking! They are fantastic hosts. The villa is extremely spacious, clean and well located close to all amenities. Where do I start describing being directly on the beach, it’s a dream come true. And walking distance on the beach to the scale dei turchi!!! Our family of 4 adults were in heaven and we will definitely return to this little paradise.
