The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the kitchen-living room with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV.
