From the initial contact, through the booking process & the stay itself, we would rate The Den as a 5* choice. Amanda was helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless. The added touches were very much appreciated. The access to a greater selection on the tv was another bonus. In summary, our all round experience was excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful garden flat in lovely surroundings. There was plenty of room for three of us, with lovely en suite bathroom and separate shower. The view from the lounge and kitchen was lovely. Philippa was very friendly, and happy to chat. Using the Whatthreewords app as Philippa suggested was very helpful for finding the house for the first time.

The cottage is a brilliant bolt hole - acting as a gateway for the borders The cottage itself is very well laid out and extremely well equiped The hosts are very pleasant to deal with and had great communication throughout our stay - but never intrusive The hosts welcome you with a number of goodies to get you started and make available other option upon request such as breakfasts and meals The farm itself is organic and the hosts actively encourage you to explore All in all this is an excellent choice for a couple exploring the borders and want somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay Highly recommended Val & Bernie

A lovely retreat in a perfect location, right on the doorstep of beautiful picturesque countryside. Stuart was on hand to greet us and make us feel welcome and giving us a guided tour of the property.
