Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

What can I say, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Jackie is an amazing host and could not be more accommodating and helpful. The caravan was so lovely and homely. Extremely clean with everything we could possibly need as a home from home. The beds were comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

Absolutely Amazing few days Everything you need and more for a perfect stay. could have easily stayed longer. Delanie is just the Best Host, the Welcome Hamper was Amazing and very well thought out 🤩 Managed a day trip to Blackpool only 30mins away, but the Grandchildren were eager to get back to the Pool and Pool table 😃 We will be back 👍

This was exactly what we wanted over the Christmas period. Quiet with a sow pace of life in wonderful surroundings. The place was extremely cosy and a delight to stay in. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay, the cottage was homely, quiet, great log burner, we felt settled as soon as we arrived. The location was great for dog walks (book provided full of walks) that had stunning views, and were lovely and quiet. Great pub next door, Sun Inn, with brilliant Sunday roast available.

Great little find and perfect for our needs. Dog friendly was an added bonus. Natalie was a great host and very accommodating when I kept changing dates. Would definitely recommend.

We booked Tina's beautiful apartments as part of our family trip to visit relatives in Clitheroe and we're very satisfied with our accomodations. Tina was always responsive and provided clear instructions to check in, as well as a handy guide with recommendations to the area. The apartments were true to pictures, beautifully maintained with plenty of well thought-out extras provided such as a sewing kit in each bathroom and a small welcome treat of local crisps / biscuits and coffee provided. Definitely an amazing host, would recommend booking with Tina if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with all the amenities and within walking distance of most things within Clitheroe!

We had a fantastic two nights stay at this place and the host Alison was easy to contact and happy to help with instructions for check in and even had the place ready a little earlier for us to check in as this was made possible on the day of arrival. Overall a fantastic stay and the location was perfect for all the local bars and restaurants in the area being only a short five minute walk from Bowness beach waterfront.

Lovely welcome, a very nice suite, very spacious. All the breakfast goods were provided and we were able to use the kitchen and the fridge.

Wonderful host with fast communication. Cosy little house with everything thought of for things you may need during your stay. Very clean.

A few of us stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding at Wyresdale Park (about a 5 minute drive away), and we can say the photos don't do the accommodation any justice! It's located in a nice, quiet area, but not too far away from restaurants, etc. There is parking right in front of the door, but one of us also parked by the church.

What a fabulous find. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. There was everything we needed for our stay and with the additional treats we felt very welcome. The property is a short walk away from the city centre and would be perfect if travelling by train as very close to the station. This property was ideal for our shopping and dining treat.

This is such a peaceful and picturesque find. Cosy and comfortable with some beautiful walks nearby. Great outdoors spaces and some lovely places close by to visit.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. yet another wonderful stay in a beautiful location can't recommend Victoria's place enough if your looking to get away from it all it's the perfect place ,wonderful host very helpful and approachable nothing is too much trouble accommodation is spotless with everything you need provided plus it's dog friendly our little Buddy had a wonderful time playing with the hosts dog Freddy 🐕 thank you Victoria for making us feel so welcome we will definitely be back x

Perfect place to stay in Lancaster! Very clean and modern, loved the bathroom it has an amazing rainfall shower. Quiet road, easy to park and short walk to railway station and Lancaster Castle. Claire is a great host, friendly and quick to reply. Thoughtful as toiletries in bedrooms and tea, coffee and milk for stay. Would 100% recommend.

Wanted a short break so didn't want to have to travel far from Manchester. This location was ideal just over an hour away. The cottage was brilliant. Lovely deco. Kitchen brilliant I like to cook and kitchen had everything needed...I could have cooked a roast dinner there. All utensils cooking pots plates etc there. Bathroom spotless and good shower. A bath there if you prefer a soak. Bed comfy. Location quiet but there are 3 pubs and 3 takeaway within 5 minute walk. Also a late opening Coop express and a chemist.Parking nearby is good. Natalie communications prompt. Would highly recommended this location...we'll be using it again. We did the Ingleton Waterfall Trail located just 20 minute drive away. Doing this was worth the trip alone. It is £11 adult but really is worth it. Is a proper walk not just a path so appropriate footwear needed. Take a picnic some great locations to eat. Takes a good 4 hours to do but waterfalls and walk are great day out. Plenty of steps though.
