Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

The open-plan design combines a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living space, opening onto a quiet and secluded patio and parking area outside.

Situated beside our small stable yard, with horses often grazing nearby, it offers authentic countryside charm while remaining calm and private. Close to the coast and River Wyre. Private parking next to the bungalow, and a car is essential.

The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool
