We love this cottage in the mountains of Italy and have been here for the second time. And not the last time ;) The house is cozy, tidy, beautiful and has more than everything you could possibly need. The location is awesome and we can really chill out here and go on great hikes, even directly from the house. Alessandra is super nice and always available. He has created a very personal paradise. An absolute recommendation :)

Daniele’s apartment in Barga was ideally situated close to the old town and within walkable distance to everything we needed. There was lots of space and excellent cooking facilities. The terrace was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the old town and the mountains.

Antonio's residence is simply a collection of beautiful things. The location is central but not invasive, with a finger you can reach everything but maintain your privacy because the apartment is so beautiful and functional that it envelops you in beautiful sensations, it is not disturbed by traffic and noise in general, furnished with great taste and enriched here and there with pleasant details. For the guest, nothing is missing, first of all Antonio's great availability, who welcomes you in person and makes you feel at home right away, the layout of the house and all its accessories available to the guest, also the parking with a little attention remains nearby, there are common stairs inside but they are not steep and therefore accessible to everyone. Really a pleasant experience for my wife, for me, and for our little furry friend Elvis. Thanks again Antonio

Incredible stay. The host and his entire family were so lovely and made the entire experience so peaceful. The location is quite tucked away which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery while the host still drove us to and from the train station whenever we needed making it so easy to get around when we wanted to. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment. Light, Clean and airy. Everything you need. Great lighting. 2 Huge TVs. 2 terraces, so the best of the sun all day. Superb walk-in wardrobe. Just loved everything about it. Beautifully appointed. Great place.

We spent a week at Rodolfo's and enjoyed the time and tranquility there very much. Check-in was easy thanks to Rodolfo's good description. He also had some very good tips for the area. There was a wonderful garden and a terrace where we enjoyed the sun a lot. In the village, there are also two very good restaurants and a very good pizzeria, all within walking distance. Lucca can be reached in 30 minutes by car, the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes by car. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back again.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

Luca's apartment is in a very good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station while being in a nice neighborhood near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and the sofa are perfect. The living room is small but we were never there during the day. Ideal for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome right from the start, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

Welcoming, explanations, advice, and availability as old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but only the accommodation and location are worth the vacation. Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

The house is really beautiful, with attention to detail and with a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the process was a little long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a little dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a well-integrated space with the rest of the place — a small disconnect in an otherwise well-kept context. Other than that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

This place is just magical. We spent 9 dreamy, quiet days there. Bianca and her parents welcomed us warmly and showed us around the residence next to their beautiful house, surrounded by nature and in the countryside (a car is essential to access it). The view is beautiful, and the panorama seen from the pool is even more beautiful than in the photos. The small path to the house is a perfect viewpoint for sunset photos. The place of residence is simple but neat, and we had all the privacy we wanted. Bianca and her parents remained very discreet. Only the cat sometimes came to greet us without bothering us. Bianca even helped us make a reservation at one of the wonderful nearby restaurants. We will recommend this place of residence to our friends who want to visit Tuscany (Florence and Lucca nearby).

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The highlight of our Italy tour! Super quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature, yet grocery stores and the like were easily accessible. The place was also very clean and well equipped. The friendliness of the hostess is particularly outstanding - it was a very familiar and great stay! We will definitely be back 🤍
