The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. (30km) - relax and enjoy sunshine and long walks in Versilia and the best shopping in Forte dei Marmi (60km) - The Puccini Festival of Torre del Lago (60km) lets visitors get in touch with the atmospheres that inspired the world-known Maestro. Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. A small nest in the heart of Garfagnana

Accommodation in the small ancient village of Gragnanella, a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Castelnuovo. Surrounded by nature in the "Heart" of Garfagnana. Where everything seems to stop. The house is on three floors: kitchen with microwave, induction stove and fridge. Upstairs, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility on request to transform them into a double bed. 1 bathroom. In the basement, there is a small living room with a sofa and TV.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Omhom’s Bed and Vista Suite is a whole ground floor-to-roof house with an independent entrance: your dedicated space of 45 square meters is on two floors and boasts two magnificent terraces. To choose it means to embrace the whole panorama, which stretches from the majestic Apuan Alps to the sea, passing through Val di Magra’s gentle slopes and plains. Once the Bed and Vista suite was part of the ancient noble palace of Trebiano; we have preserved the atmosphere.

Recently renovated apartment (2018) with panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, located in the upper part of the village near the Medieval Castle with a dominant position over the village of Riomaggiore and the Marina. Consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette and a bathroom, as well as being equipped with all comforts, it has large windows and a terrace as its main features.

The rooms, located on the second floor of a house from the 1700s, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view. Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden under the house.
