Vacation rentals with a patio in Garden District, New Orleans

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

What a great find. The place was exactly what’s pictured. 2 rooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms shared a bath. We were 3 couples so the set up was perfect. Plenty of room to move around. 2 blocks to the trolley and a 20 min leisurely walk to Magazine St made our 4 days fly by. Paula was helpful in our questions and accommodating when our flight landed on the earlier side of the day. Love New Orleans and Loved staying here!

Beautifully remodeled historical place had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and functional. We did a load of laundry and the dryer was great. We slept well and it was cool. There was plenty of parking on the street. It was also convenient to get to downtown or the garden district via the streetcar which we used several times from St Charles Street during our stay. Overall good value for us.

Really loved this space. It was in a perfect location- very peaceful and quiet street. Near some really great restaurants. The bnb itself was perfect and had everything we needed, plus complimentary snacks. Felt lucky to stay in there!!

This charming apartment was just right for our needs. The location is great with restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. We visit New Orleans regularly and we will be checking for vacancies here for our next stay. Loved this Airbnb!

This location was awesome. We had a great girl's trip. We enjoyed the courtyard and the room was exactly what we expected.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

The aesthetic of the place was extremely beautiful and elegant. Definitely will reserve again. Communicative and friendly.

I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area; everything was a 10/10. He provided snacks, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, mouthwash, and pods for washing clothes. He was very responsive, and the place was spotless, making it feel just like home.He even recommended places to go in the area.

Chris was an excellent host - very friendly and responsive. The home worked well as we had a dog with us. The driveway accommodated our 2 cars and the yard was fenced/gated for our dog. We didn't use the kitchen much as we ordered/ate out with the many nearby restaurants. The home is older but clean (but that is the charm of NOLA). Pricewise it was a good value for our stay.

We’re from uptown NO but don’t live there anymore, and we rented this adorable apartment for a small wedding ceremony. Everything was perfect! Extremely comfortable and clean, great AC, and the bed was very cosy. But the best part was that halfway through the host’s husband brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming people. I definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again if we’re back in the neighborhood.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!
