Vacation rentals with a patio in Garden District, New Orleans

Shelby’s cottage was the perfect getaway for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend! The goal was to eat as much as we can, and have a cozy place to come back to, and that’s exactly what we did! Casey gave us a list of amazing local spots to try and the ones that we did try were so yummy and pretty close to the cottage! We took Lyfts to the French quarter which was super close, and just absolutely fell in love with the area and the cottage! Would absolutely love to come back again!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

If you want to be in an area that is quiet but easy to get to the French Quarter this is the place. First, the area has restaurants and couple markets very close in case you need something. Also, just walking 2 or 3 blocks you can get to the Art Museum, the City Park and the Cafe Du Monde in there. Exactly there is the stop for the streetcar (trolley) to the French Quarter. Second, the house! WOW! Is so beautiful, Mathilde decorate and organize the house in a way that you really feel welcome and at home. She thinks about every little detail in the kitchen, in the bathroom. She left there treats and drinks for us that we really appreciate and valued. Third, if you did not have time to plan what to do, goodness, she has a guide with everything you can do in NOLA and many flyers, magazines and books. Is so far, one of the best places I been where the host really think about details to make happy the visitors. My husband, my dog and I felt great and her communication was above and beyond!

What a great find. The place was exactly what’s pictured. 2 rooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms shared a bath. We were 3 couples so the set up was perfect. Plenty of room to move around. 2 blocks to the trolley and a 20 min leisurely walk to Magazine St made our 4 days fly by. Paula was helpful in our questions and accommodating when our flight landed on the earlier side of the day. Love New Orleans and Loved staying here!

Beautifully remodeled historical place had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and functional. We did a load of laundry and the dryer was great. We slept well and it was cool. There was plenty of parking on the street. It was also convenient to get to downtown or the garden district via the streetcar which we used several times from St Charles Street during our stay. Overall good value for us.

This location was awesome. We had a great girl's trip. We enjoyed the courtyard and the room was exactly what we expected.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

The aesthetic of the place was extremely beautiful and elegant. Definitely will reserve again. Communicative and friendly.

The location is a little further away from the hustle and bustle of NOLA but in a safe and secure location. We had a great stay, very clean house plenty of amenities, cute decor, and a responsive host. It was a wonderful stay!

Chris was an excellent host - very friendly and responsive. The home worked well as we had a dog with us. The driveway accommodated our 2 cars and the yard was fenced/gated for our dog. We didn't use the kitchen much as we ordered/ate out with the many nearby restaurants. The home is older but clean (but that is the charm of NOLA). Pricewise it was a good value for our stay.

such a quaint house with lots of character. Enjoyed the location. easy walking to City Park and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed the privacy this little home gave us and all the amenities that were provided. Highly recommend!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Kay’s house was beautiful. Much bigger than we expected based off of the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Extremely clean, lots of amenities — including spices in the kitchen cupboard and soap/shampoo in the bathroom, which we weren’t expecting. Kay was also gracious enough to let us check in early and check out late, which most hosts would be hesitant to do. Highly recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in New Orleans. Only downside was the location, which isn’t near any grocery stores, but there are fast food and convenience stores nearby, which work perfectly fine if you have a short stay or don’t plan on being home much.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this place! Super easy to get in and out and it was great to have pool access. Brad was very helpful with instructions and recommendations.

The location is wonderful close to stores and restaurants. The decor and scenery is all New Orleans style. The inside is gorgeous. I loved it.
