We’re just a 3-minute walk from the ocean, with cafés, a bakery, swimming pools, restaurants, and shops all close by. Hop on the nearby bus and be in downtown Reykjavík in 20 minutes. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

The apartment is located within walking distance to sky lagoon, cozy bakery, local swimming pool and a fine dining restaurant. Guests can also enjoy nice walking paths by the ocean and harbour. Downtown Reykjavik is only 8-10 minutes away by car.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
