Vacation rentals with a patio in Gammarth

This place was wonderful for our needs. It was clean and had a touch of history with its design and architecture. This place spans 3 floors. the ground floor leads up to the 2nd floor were you have the kitchen, livingroom and 1 bathroom. This space was clean had AC and practical. Then a 2nd set of steps lead to the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting area and outbdoor terrace. All and all we had a great time in this clean functional home. Was close to restuarants and shops. Was a great stay.

The two of us stayed in the accommodation for a week and we enjoyed it very much!! The location is great and the area very safe and quiet :) The place was also very nice and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. In general, the accommodation offers a nice quiet retreat that exudes a really nice atmosphere. Amen, the host, was always easily accessible and answered all possible questions quickly and reliably! So a real recommendation 🫶🏼

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Youssef's. He is a great host, always available and not eager for advice. The apartment is as described and was clean and tidy when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet (except for a few stray dogs, which sometimes make a little noise), it's pleasant to live there. Recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place is absolutely lovely, peaceful, spacious, and so well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean and had a real sense of comfort that made it feel just like home. Having lived in Sidi Bou Said before, this stay brought back that same cozy, welcoming feeling. Melik was an outstanding host kind, respectful, and always available to help or answer any questions. The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Moncef's, the proximity to the sea is very nice! The apartment is spacious with our two children. A favorite for the garden turtles, which were very much appreciated by the kids.

Very nice workspace, very private, and very large, in the villa district of Carthage between the embassies. With lemon and orange tree in the garden. I thought it was a quiet and good base for the city. I had been in quick contact with the host with any questions. It is not a new building.. If I would like to work for a few days again and relax in Tunisia I would love to stay here again, also to pet the sweet dog again. ps: It's near the presidential palace. When I arrived, I was questioned extensively by the police post and soldiers there. I would advise everyone not to navigate all the way to the house but to get out of the corner at the gas station.

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Very welcoming host, responsive whatever the time, warm and above all generous, she recommended great places to us as well as gave very good advice, the apartment is impeccable , perfect matches her description, very well secured and it feels like home. The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.
