This 200 year old stone cottage is set in half acre of mature garden surrounded by trees. It is the perfect spot for a romantic get away or to just chill out and relax. It is ideally situated to tour all the amenities of the west of Ireland. An area of 80 Sq Mtrs comprises 2 double bedrooms a bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin upstairs. A sunny sitting room with TV and DVD player is also located upstairs. Downstairs there is an open plan dining and well equipped kitchen area complete with dish washer gas cooker with oven and fridge. Apartment is on the same property as our home (seperate entrance), so we're always available. Perrfect location. 6 min walk to the City Centre's WestEnd & enroute to Salthill (10min walk). The closest Beach ⛱️ is a 5 min walk. With private parking, leave your car safely & go discover Galway! It has 2 work desks for working from home. It is non-smoking, with alarms, but you may smoke in the small outdoor veranda. With 3 floors, it may be unsuitable for small kids or those with mobility issues.
