Crisp! Clean! Bright! This beauty was recently remodeled and feels like new. 2 minute walk to the beach, take the house golf cart (free!), or drive a few seconds. Groceries are very close too. Close enough to town to experience the attractions like a water park, boardwalk amusement park, museums, water sports, nature, boating, or bay and gulf fishing. House has great open floor plan with lots of room, and roomy bedrooms. House includes a golf cart! $150 a day value...no cost!

There's a gas grill downstairs with picnic table and sand toys for the kids to enjoy family time on the beach. This three bedroom, three bath home is a true treasure.
