The downstairs area features a custom bar with seating, large family picnic table and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill and fish cleaning station. Provide both satellite TV and WiFi. It's pertinent that the pets are pre approved so we can take precautions such as pet covers for the couch etc. Non approved pets will require a $300.00 cleaning fee if not pre approved in advance.
