The apartment is located near HBU, The Arenas, Chinatown, Galleria/Uptown, Sugarland, Meyerland, Bellaire City and numerous retail/grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Southwest Freeway 59/I 69 & Bellaire Blvd. The apartment is adjacent to a separate family home where also lives a lovely 85 lbs dog. Extremely friendly & welcoming. We recommend you are accustomed to dogs to have a lovely time here. The only area the dog will share with you would be the backyard.

August 2025-down to 5 guests, while waiting for sleeper sofa replacement (1x king size, 1x queen size beds, and floor options: full-size mattresses) Spacious, airy top floor loft is overlooking sandy beach on the Seawall and it is in close proximity to many attractions what Galveston offers. Upgraded and completely refurnished in February 2022 will spoil your stay in urban rustic style with unobstructed view of the ocean. Dawn complex is very well maintained with two pools, hot tub and gym.
