Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

We loved Simons Place! Perfect Location - just couple minutes walk from the center of Pula; place exactly as shown in picture, really clean & absolutely well equipped. The stay at Mirkos Apartment was a great experience. The place has everything a family of 4 needs during holidays and especially the shady terrace under the leaves of the kiwi tree and the pool offer an excellent opportunity to cool off in hot weather. Mirko lives in the same house 2 floors above with his lovely family and he's a really nice guy and very helpful and takes care of the place himself. It seems to me that this is was airbnb was meant to be, before anonymous companies took over the market.

Booked for my parents but they loved every part about the apartment, great place, great location and the host was so so friendly! Fully recommend!

Dunja's flat was an amazing place to call home base for several days exploring Pula. Location-wise, A two minute walk from the temple of Augustus and a five minutes walk from the old city Market, the flat was secluded in a nice, quiet area but right off the pier and next to the center of the city. Dunja was extremely responsive and proactive with communication, and self check-in with a lockbox was a breeze. There is a full usable kitchen and a pristine bathroom, along with a great living room and spacious bed. Absolutely amazing stay, thank you!

This was such a beautiful stay. The terrace is lovely- I only wish we had more time, and less rain to enjoy it more. We loved the area, even early in the season.Dajana gave us a wonderful recommendation for an amazing dinner. She met us as we pulled in and showed us around. We shared the property with her family but hardly saw them. All were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the water and wine that was left for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful time with Marina and Roberto. The property is wonderfully quiet, yet shopping, beach, etc. were minutes away. The house was super clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight was of course the pool, which our children loved. But also the animals (turtles, chickens, sheep) were visited and fed with enthusiasm every day. Marina was always available from the beginning, even before the start of our trip, and responded to all requests and questions. During the stay, we received fresh vegetables and eggs from our own production several times and were always asked if everything was okay. We felt super comfortable here, were able to relax wonderfully and actually didn't want to leave. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We loved it so much that we reserved for next year. Looking forward to it! Warm greetings to everyone we got to know

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

Very cute apartment, lovingly furnished! Everything you need and more! Also totally quiet and beautifully located. On foot you can quickly reach the center and the harbor with many restaurants, bars and shops! The communication was great, the tips from Vedran really great! Thank you:)

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!
