Vacation rentals with a patio in Gaißach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures!! Britt is always available and absolutely nice and helpful. A small note to dog owners: the garden is super nice and my dog liked it very much there. However, it is not completely fenced. Currently, there are two places where dogs can escape, you should know that. We would/will always be happy to come back!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Wow, Unfortunately, we were only there for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the countryside, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. We'll happily come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what else could you ask for. The snacks and delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, but easily accessible and close to nice hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful view of the mountains. The communication was very good, quick and easy. Nora was very friendly and flexible with times for check-in and check-out. We very much appreciated the pick-up service from the train station. On our last day we got a treat on the house from Nora and her husband at their ice cream parlour in town. Thanks, Nora and Michele! We hope to be back soon.

My girlfriends and I felt totally comfortable in the small extension. It is quiet and secluded and you are surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to Lake Tegernsee or the small town and have many great activities. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. Uli is a reliable host and responds or informs quickly. We highly recommend it!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home at Sabine's. Sabine greeted us so warmly and provided us with great information. The cottage is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and within walking distance of Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable vacation 🤩

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

It was a very nice stay in a quiet and beautiful environment. The first impression was even better than what you can see in the pictures and everything was sparkling clean. Surprisingly, we found the beautiful view of the mountains from the sauna. This provided extra relaxation and a highlight. Furthermore, everything you need to live and feel good was available. With a great light coming in through large windows during the day, a warm light installation for the evening and the matching decoration, a nice atmosphere is ensured. There is passion and love behind it. We also found the bed comfortable and were able to sleep well. The host was very friendly and communication went smoothly. All in all, good value for money and we were very satisfied.

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic – nature begins right outside the front door, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. There were four of us plus baby traveling and there was plenty of room – both indoors and outdoors. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the tranquility. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time – we will be happy to come back!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The accommodation is quietly located and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is great to explore the surroundings (including many hiking opportunities and swimming lakes). The outdoor seating area is also super well maintained and invites you to relax. Sabine is a very warm host, always quickly accessible and also happy to give tips regarding activities, restaurants, etc. We were therefore very satisfied all around :)

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
