Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much care of the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all highly recommended - even with a child!

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

I'm speechless, Catia is a super friendly person, super attentive, I had a spectacular time. Everything that is said is offered and more! Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Convenient location if you have a vehicle to get around, fairly new and well-kept apartment, quiet area even though we unfortunately found construction work in a nearby building. Highly recommended for those looking for an apartment with the right comforts

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

This was such a great location! Lots of great places to shop and eat and not far to everything! It wasn’t super hot, but the ac and fans made sleeping so comfortable. Just loved it!

Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Excellent flat with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Situated in the southern end of the city, it’s easy to access the beach and a bunch of clubs, shops and restaurants. It’s a lively part of the area with loud music and lots of people. If you want to get to the old town there’s busses nearby otherwise it’s an hour walk. But the bus is super easy to use and takes 20 mins. The flat has great air conditioning, spacious room and all amenities you need. Sofa bed was big enough for two people to sleep on.
