The residential area is quiet yet central: 5 minutes' walk to the main train station and airport or fairground subway station directly, 15 minutes' walk to downtown, Handwerkerhof, Neues Museum and many localities. Whether traveling for business or as a world traveler, we are sure you will feel comfortable in our home.

Unser charmantes Stadthaus aus dem 19. Jh. liegt im Herzen der mittelfränkischen Kleinstadt Lauf a. d. Pegnitz direkt neben dem historischen Wenzelschloss. Es verbindet alte Sandsteinmauern mit urbanem Lifestyle. In direkter Laufumgebung befindet sich die Innenstadt mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Top Restaurants und Cafés. In ca. 25 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Nürnberg, den Flughafen oder die Messe Nürnberg. Auch das Wanderparadies der fränkischen Schweiz ist nicht weit entfernt.

In our large, bright first-floor apartment you will stay in the countryside in the middle of a large, wonderfully overgrown natural property. Here you can take a vacation - AND work - in a separate, modern office. The 120 m² apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential development, surrounded by green gardens and old trees. You don't have parking problems here. Within walking distance, you will find all the necessities of daily use. There is a good bus and transport connection.

Burg Egloffstein - Felsenwohnung

Historic, lovingly renovated, bright and quiet flat on two floors in Egloffstein castle. The flat can only be accessed via the idyllic courtyard. In the entrance area: dining room and kitchen. The cosy living room/bedroom has a wood-burning stove and leads to the battlements, high above the valley. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as 2 additional beds, are located on the upper floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing the rocks in the immediate vicinity.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place. The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

The vacation cottage "Auszeit" (time out), which we have lovingly renovated, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours together. On the huge terrace with a beautiful view, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can relax and forget the world. We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

Close to the public transport. The S2 station "Katzwang" is only 130 m away. Free parking on the P+P "Katzwang" only 50 m away from the house. The appartment has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed. Bedroom 3 with a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed. Totally there are 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, one single bed and also a couch in the living room. There is a grocery store in the main train station.

Vacation home in the heart of Franconian Switzerland

We offer a nice vacation home in Franconian Switzerland. After our children moved out, we prepared the house, which is centrally located in a small town, for guests. Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well. The key handover takes place in person, which is why it would be nice if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house overlooking the horse paddock is on our historic farm at the gates of Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separate toilet (ingenious, no unpleasant odors). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor dishwasher/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fireplace by arrangement.

Modern Apartment in Nuremberg (Messe, Hbf)

The accommodation is a newly renovated guest apartment within a detached house. You'll have the whole floor to yourself, including a private bathroom and a separate toilet. There is NO kitchen. Access to the apartment is lockable. The staircase is shared. Bus and S-Bahn stops are very close. Well connected to downtown and the convention center. The Dutzendteich (Rock im Park, DTM) is also within walking distance of the property.
