Fully equipped flat. Kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A living room with TV incl. DVD player and pull-out sofa is available. In addition, there are 2 desks in the living room, which can be used as a workplace. A monitor with HDMI connection is also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80x2m) incl. bed linen with wardrobe and clothes rail. Shutters for complete darkening are available. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towels. A big plus is the large garden incl. campfire place for free use. Wood is available next to it! So nothing stands in the way of an evening campfire with the children with bread on sticks and sausages. In summer, a paddling pool can also be set up. A barbecue and large dining table with 6 chairs are also available in the outdoor area. Most of the time, the table is protected in the wooden hut, but of course it can be brought out if it is not ready in the garden. A private parking space is available directly at the entrance to the property (see pictures). There is also free parking along the road. Due to the location, the apartment is particularly suitable for business travelers, tourists and hospital visitors. 5 minutes from the bus stop with good connection to the city center. Close to the university hospitals, Siemens, Adidas and the university. Also ideal as a starting point for exploring Franconian Switzerland or nearby Nuremberg.

Supermarkets, restaurants... in the immediate vicinity. Tram, subway too. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free compartments for you - I hope that is okay with you 😊

The colorful apartment is located in Nuremberg's tourist old town district of St. Sebald. The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.

If you stay at this centrally located place, Fürther Klinikum is a 2-minute walk away. Likewise, the U-Bahn (U1) station Stadthalle Fürth is about 7 minutes walk away. For example, to Nuremberg Messe (fair) you need 25 minutes or 30 minutes to Nuremberg Airport. The S-Bahn to Nuremberg or Erlangen is also a relatively quick walk away. The Fürth city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot via the beautiful meadow. Children are welcome.

The trade fair and the airport are about 20 minutes away. The small 3-room apartment is located in a romantic sandstone house in the middle of a rural residential area. The fields of the garlic country begin right behind the house. The connection to public transport is good. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the house. By car, you can reach 5 minutes to Fürth city center, and Nuremberg is about 15 minutes away. The Nuremberg Exhibition Center is 20 km away and it takes about 30 minutes by car.

The bedrooms have 1.60 x 2.00 meter beds. The living room is about 25 square meters and offers enough space to relax or for a game night. The bathroom has a bathtub and has only recently been completely renovated like the whole apartment.
