Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

A coastal landscape features a sandstone cliff with patches of moss and seaweed. Gentle waves lap against the shore, and a clear sky with wispy clouds stretches overhead. The horizon reveals a distant landmass, enhancing the serene seaside setting.

Tutto perfetto, luogo, abitazione, spiaggia e accoglienza. Un piccolo graziosi alloggio, curato nei particolari, in una scenografica posizione immersa tra mare, cielo e vegetazione spontanea autoctona. Tutto funzionante anche il wi-fi, pochi passi ed i piedi sono in acqua, vicinato silenzioso e sufficientemente distante. Consigliatissimo

Gemütliche kleine Unterkunft mit zwei Außenbereichen und einem wirklich tollen Meerblick! Der Strand wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt ist super und weniger überlaufen und etwas wilder als die bekannteren Strände in der Gegend. Die Wohnung war detailreich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Kleinkind auf Grund der Treppen drinnen und der vielen Einrichtungsgestände etwas unpraktisch (ist aber aus der Anzeige ersichtlich). Außerdem sehr angenehme und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine chez Antonio. C est un hôte très sympathique et jovial. L appartement est vraiment très bien disposé et la petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer baigné d ombre par un Olivier nous a tout de suite fait nous sentir en vacances. La plage est à quelques mètres à pied et la voiture peut être garée gratuitement dans la rue. Le rêve! Antonio a pu également nous transmettre beaucoup d informations sur la région qui étaient bien utiles. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller d aller là-bas!

Perfekte Lage um zu entspannen, den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen und Sport (Kitesurfen, Surfen, Paragleiten, Schnorcheln uvm.) zu treiben. Veronica ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar 🙏🏻 gerne wieder!

Einfach wunderbar! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, um sich von Anfang an wohl zu fühlen. Die Ausstattung und der Blick auf das Meer sind fantastisch. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es war alles sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Nur ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall, um zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Restaurants zu kommen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke Sofia! Und danke Alessandra, die sich vor Ort um alles gekümmert hat.

Tolle Wohnung schöne Lage, Blick auf das nahe Meer. Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung und des Grundstücks waren toll. Antonietta und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Für jede Altion muss man mindestens bis Cabras, das sehr schön ist, fahren, ca 10 km. Die schöne und in unserer Zeit ruhige Lage entschädigt das komplett.
