Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

Cozy little accommodation with two outdoor areas and a really great ocean view! The beach a few minutes walk from the apartment is great and less crowded and a little wilder than the more famous beaches in the area. The apartment was detailed and tastefully decorated, with a small child due to the stairs inside and the many furnishings somewhat impractical (but is visible from the ad). Also very pleasant and helpful communication with our host

We had a wonderful week at Antonio's. He is a very friendly and cheerful host. The apartment is really very well laid out and the small terrace with sea view bathed in shade by an olive tree immediately made us feel like we were on vacation. The beach is a few meters walk and the car can be parked for free on the street. The dream! Antonio was also able to provide us with a lot of information about the area which was very useful. We can only advise you to go there!

Perfect location to relax, enjoy the sunset and do sports (kitesurfing, surfing, paragliding, snorkeling and much more). Veronica is incredibly helpful and easily accessible 🙏🏻 again!

Location is perfect for a quiet get away, especially now during this off season. The ocean is across the way, visible from both terraces, and all windows, which allowed us to truly enjoy the beautiful sunsets. House is spacious, and bright. Short rides to Tharros to see the archaeological sites, Cabras & Oristano for grocery stores and restaurants. Hosts, were extremely attentive and always giving us suggestions for places to go & visit!

Great apartment nice location, view on the nearby sea. Amenities and size of the apartment and property were great. Antonietta and her husband were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us very nicely. For each Altion you have to drive at least to Cabras, which is very beautiful, about 10 km. The beautiful and quiet location in our time completely compensates for this.
