Quiet neighborhood! Great space:)

Just as the pictures show, a very nice place for traveling couple like us! The place is clean, and location is convenient with a metro station and a convenience store. Coin laundry at 1st floor is helpful too.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Miu was very kind to answer any questions I had. Before I arrived I got lost because of google maps but it helped me a lot to know where I could go; she was always very attentive wondering if everything was okay, if I could get there or even the rainy days sending me a message that everything was fine. The Airbnb itself, it is very nice, it has everything you need, space neither so small nor so large, air conditioning and hot water, all very good! In addition to the metro station being about a ten minute walk away; the neighborhood feels very safe, I walked until very late at night and never felt scared or anything like that!;) I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again in some future!^^

+ ve: There is no problem with opening the five suitcases, the bed is good to sleep, all the amenities that should be, the check-in instructions are clear, when there are questions, the response is very quick, the train sound does not affect much -ve: 1. The room is arranged on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, only stairs, the stairs are a bit narrow and not very good to walk (in fact, it's easy to see if it's acceptable) 2. The toilet has an odor, the smell has no way to scatter it 3. Although there is a washing machine, there is not enough space to dry clothes 4. The bathtub is small 5. No matter how many people live, there is only one lock key and it's not easy to get in and out

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! I had a great stay. It was in a good location. No more than 5 minutes from the train station which was on a very convenient line. The room was clean and had working AC and enough to get you by for your stay a microwave etc. Both were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had during my stay regarding where to eat and things like that. Definitely a good spot and I would gladly stay again.

Yutaka is an amazing host! His apartment was super relaxing and conveniently located to an awesome mall and walking distance from the station. I’m ready to return. See you in the future Yutaka!

It's a nice apartment extremely close to the train station. Quite spacious, especially for two people. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The owner is very responsive and was very quick to help resolve any issues that came up! I would definitely stay again.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

We spent a week at Alice's place in apartment 301 with our family of four. Very peaceful and quiet location. Everything was very clean and there was good space for us all. Location was near bus stops and Kasai metro station which made moving around the city easy. We can recommend this place for everyone!

We did have one strange hiccup where when we arrived at 3:20 (after check in), there was still a man inside who said he was wrapping up cleaning along with three other adults with luggages. Not sure if they were the previous guests doing a late luggage check out, but it definitely made us a little uncomfortable. Other than the strange check in, this apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, walkable, and had everything we needed.

The location of the house is great, you can see the Skytree from the window, 10 minutes from the station, very thoughtful snacks are prepared, but the room space is a little small, the facilities are a little old, and the daily necessities are a little lacking, hope for improvement,

Great value, the place is on a quiet street on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Shibuya which I found easy to factor into my day-planning after a couple of days. This is a great spot if you're staying for a week or so, it may be a little far out of the city for a shorter stay. Mariko was lovely and very helpful, I'd love to stay again whenever I'm back in town.

Loved our stay! The apartment itself felt bigger compared to other apartments we have stayed during our time in Japan, and I really appreciated the preservation in Japanese culture within the apartment itself (with things like decoration, furniture, etc.). Very comfortable futons, a nice bathroom setup, and the kitchen was spacious. Never have felt more welcome!! Thank you to Mizuki for letting us have such a wonderful stay <3

I just had a brief stay at Shiho's Condominium for the week while I visited Star Wars Celebration. The place was easy to find, and near a few conbini which was very helpful. Even though my plane arrived very late in the evening, Shiho and staff were accommodating and I was able to check in without hassle. The Staff even provided a shuttle to and from the venue which was excellent. The recommendations on local restaurants was excellent as well and I was able to have a couple of grate local meals. There were fresh towels in the unit for washing and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the venue, or a long day of walking around Akihabara. Thought it isn't near the train, it is in walking distance of the bus which then leads to the train for travel. There also was a nice park nearby for visiting.

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the host is very friendly, and luggage can be stored.

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

The property is located near Kameido Station, along the chūō sōbu line, about a 15-minute walk from the stop. It's about a 20-minute subway ride to Shinjuku. Impeccable room, super clean and tidy, shiny bathroom and clean sheets and towels (smelled like softener). Brushes, toothpaste, and soaps of all kinds are also provided. Very responsive and friendly host, he always responded to me in less than a minute, really impeccable communication. The room is a little noisy because of the proximity to the street, but you can sleep very well. I'll be back. :)

Our stay here was great! The place was extremely clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are also nice and convenient for travelers. Instructions are clear and check-in/out was easy! The location also has easy access to the JR Yamanote line which was great for our travel plans! We enjoyed our stay at Triphome Sugamo! :)
