The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Amenities: Kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom (3 beds), bathroom/toilet (bathtub), satellite TV. , 1 parking space in front of the house. Dish towels, towels, bed linens and toilet paper are provided 1 x. No pets allowed! In the apartment there are 2 locked rooms that can only be used by the owner.

You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. You will get the Welcomcard Innsbruck from me for the visitor's tax.

The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
