The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The lounge corner of the sunny Tyrolean style wooden balcony invites you to relax with a view of the Zillertal slopes.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. In our house there are 4 apartments for 6 or 7 people. Our beautiful and new apartments, in modern Alpine style, offer space for the whole family and are equipped with everything you need for your stay. Our apartments are the ideal base for exploring the Zillertal. The Spieljoch ski & hiking area in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes and the Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Bungalow Millau

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.

A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.
