All'interno del piccolo borgo antico di San Terenziano, caratteristico cielo-terra su tre piani, finemente ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i comfort e ideale per trascorrere le vacanze all'insegna della scoperta dell'Umbria. Da qui è possibile raggiungere facilmente quasi tutte le cittadine più caratteristiche della regione come Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, Spello, Montefalco, Orvieto.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. L'alloggio è completamente a disposizione degli ospiti, isolato nel bosco raggiungibile con 300 metri di sentiero da fare a piedi. Si compone di tre stanze con pavimento in legno e collegate tra loro. Il prezzo si intende a persona per notte (o intera giornata di permanenza).
